- Cohesive
Groove Sets:
All loops are taken from the SAME
recording session (all grooves,
fills, etc. are sonically-matched).
You will get all the grooves, groove
variations, fills, and one shots
to create your next rock, alt, or
pop track and you can mix them with
anything else on the disc. Tired
of loop sets where the sounds vary
from one folder to the next (or
worse, from file to file)? Natural
Grooves will take care of
that.
- Fully-Sampled
Drum and Cymbal Samples:
We took the kit used in the recording
sessions and sampled it from head
to toe! The sample kit section includes
multi-velocity samples of all the
drums and cymbals recorded. While
most loop discs offer only a handful
of single hits, we have given you
the entire kit: from the softest
taps to the most powerful slams,
you have it all. You use the Natural
Grooves sample kit to build
grooves from scratch or use them
to augment any of the 700 loops.
This disc gives you the flexibility
to do just that.
- Hi-Hat
and Ride Cymbal Patterns:
We
have included for the groove sets
stand-alone HH and RC patterns,
essentially time-keeping with and
without snare backbeats. These are
especially useful if you only need
a basic hi-hat or ride pattern behind
the music or, if you want to create
new and realistic beats with the
Vol. V sample kit. Simply add kicks
or snares where you need them and
you now have the exact groove you
need. Ever try to program a HH pattern
using samples? It is often pretty
unconvincing - thus, the need for
live cymbal work on any loop release.
These patterns further make Natural
Grooves an extremely versatile
disc.
- The
Finishing Touches/One Shots:
We also included cymbal swells,
ending ritards, and more. All the
"little" things most loop
CDs don't include, but are vital
to realistic drum tracks. Essentially,
we have included a nice "bag
of tricks" for you to create
realistic tracks. It's like having
a drummer on call to do all the
"little extras" that truly
complete a song.
